In 1880, Defiance, Ohio natives Henry B. Harris and John P. Cameron formed a partnership upon the latter"s graduation from the University of Michigan Law School.
In 1892, Tellis T. Shaw joined the firm, which Mr. Cameron left shortly thereafter to become Common Pleas Judge.
In 1934, Erwin L. Clemens, upon graduation, joined the firm which is now known as Clemens, Korhn, Liming, Altman & Warncke. A century after its founding, the firm maintains two offices, and provides a wide range of legal services to financial institutions, insurance companies, as well as private firms and individuals throughout the ten counties of Northwestern Ohio.
