Early career
Di Molfetta was born in Sesto San Giovanni, a suburb of Milan, where he started playing football, as a child, at a local amateur club named Rondinella. At the age of 6, he was recruited by A.C. (before Christ) Milan and went on to spend 13 years in the club"s youth system. Benevento (2015–2016)
Foreign the 2015-2016 season, Di Molfetta was sent out on loan to Lega Pro club Benevento.
