Career
Dean Raper was a fullback for the Saint George Dragons and the Saint George Illawarra Dragons, playing three seasons in first grade between 1996-1999. He played fullback for the Dragons in the 1996 Grand Final. He retired after the merger of Saint George and Illawarra Steelers in 1999.
