Mr. Ritchie started Construction Law practice in 1973 representing a national surety company and for 10 years was heavily involved in big dollar construction trials. During the next 10 years, he represented more and more Contractors developing a dedication for enforcing contractors" rights against public and private owners as well as litigating delay and "defective" work claims.
During this third decade of his growing Construction practice, Mr. Ritchie is using his experienced, practical legal skills for the benefit of Construction Industry clients.
