Deepak Doraiswamy, American Chemical engineer. Achievements include development of Doi-Doraiswamy constitutive equation to describe polymeric liquid crystal rheology, "Rutgers-Delaware Rule" to describe rheology of highly-filled suspensions, description of demixing (flow induced agglomeration and migration) in particulate suspensions.
