  • Achievements include Naval Air Systems Command Senior Executive Management Development Program Graduate (1989). Naval Air Systems Command nominee for Arthur S. Flemming Award, sponsored by downtown Junior Chamber of Commerce of Washington, District of Columbia granted annually to 10 career federal employees or members of the Armed Forces (1988). Developed safety sofware program that was approved for Navy-wide use (2003).
