Career
She has been part of the Republic of Ireland women's national football team since 2011. She also netted in the senior Wilton United team's 3–1 FAI Women's Cup final defeat in August 2011. She turned out for Peamount United in the 2011–12 UEFA Women's Champions League.
After Peamount's exit from Europe she returned to Cork and joined the newly founded Cork Women's FC who compete in the FAI Bus Éireann sponsored Women's National League. In July 2013 O'Sullivan signed for Scottish champions Glasgow City, ahead of their 2013–14 UEFA Women's Champions League campaign. She marked her debut with a goal, in City's 2–0 dismissal of local rivals Rangers.
She signed with Houston Dash in March 2016. While a pupil at Terence McSwiney Secondary School in Knocknaheeny, Cork, O'Sullivan represent the Republic of Ireland at Schools level. She played in Ireland's 2010 FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup campaign, scoring in the quarter final defeat to Japan.
