Education

Derek Graduated from Brigham Young University in 1996 with his Bachelor of Arts in English, and minor degrees in Music and Business Management. In 2000, he graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Pepperdine Law Review.

Career

He is currently Vice Chair of the House Rules Committee, Company-Chair of the Occupational Professional Licensure Review Committee, and on the Business/Labor Committee and Law Enforcement Committee. Achievements
