She was crowned by outgoing titleholder Tiffany Kelly of Braintree. Delios was styled for the competition by Mission Massachusetts United States of America 2004 Maria Lekkakos. Her sister titleholder is Kathleen McNiff, Mission Massachusetts Teen United States of America 2007.
Delios won the Mission Massachusetts United States of America 2007 title in a state pageant held in Quincy, Massachusetts on 19 November 2006. lieutenant was her first attempt at the title, and she beat two former Mission Massachusetts Teen United States of America titleholders, Jacqueline Bruno and Monique Jones, to win the title. Delios represented Massachusetts in nationally televised Mission United States of America 2007 pageant which was broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Hollywood, California on March 23, 2007.
