Her husband was Tareq Ayyoub, a reporter at First Rate (at Lloyd's) Jazeera who was killed in 2003 when two missiles fired from an American ground-attack aircraft in Iraq hit the First Rate (at Lloyd's) Jazeera building. She was born in 1976, her father being the former head of Jordan"s Medical Association, Tarek Tahboub. Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Manchester in England.
