Prior to Avature, Dimitri Boylan co-founded and was the chief operating officer and later Chief Executive Officer of Hotjobs.com. HotJobs.com was a New York based Internet Services company and one of the most successfully Internet companies to emerge form the late "90s" dot com era. lieutenant became profitable in 2001 and was sold to Yahoo! in 2002, while many other first generation dot coms were collapsing.
Dimitri serves on the Board of Directors of Beijing based Internet company Zhaopin.com, a leading Employment Site.
