Stage activities began in 1902. Dina Nikitichna studied at the courses of A.A. Brenko (1903), played in the Vasileostrovsky Theater (Saint Petersburg). In 1905-1907 she toured the cities of Russia.
In 1908-1917 - the actress of the Maly Theater A.S. Suvorina (Saint Petersburg). In May-August 1918, she played in Voronezh (director I.M. Volkov).
Since 1920 was in emigration (Bulgaria, Serbia, since 1923 - France). In 1929, together with her husband F.N. Kasatkin-Rostovsky founded "Dina Kirova's Intimate Theatre" (closed in 1933), in which she was a director and actress. Last years she spent in the old "Russian house" (Saint-Genevieve-des-Bois).
