In 1950 Dina Vladimirovna graduated from the Kiev State I.K. Karpenko-Kary Institute of Theatrical Art (now Kiev National I. K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University).
Dina Vladimirovna worked in theaters of Voroshilovgrad (presently Luhansk) during 1950-1951, also she worked in Novomoskovsk, Tula region (1951-1952). In 1952-1962 actress of the Irkutsk Drama Theater; she played many roles, such as: Nina ("Masquerade" by Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov), Donna Louisa ("The Duenna" three-act comic opera by Richard Brinsley Sheridan), Valya ("Irkutsk Story" by Alexey Nikolayevich Arbuzov) and others.
In 1962-1974, she worked as an artist of the Voronezh Drama Theater, where she played the roles: Nisa and Phineus ("The Lady Simpleton" Lope de Vega), Gitel Moska ("Two for the Seesaw" by William Gibson), Dolores ("The Stone Lord" by Lesia Ukrainka), Jeanne Barbier ("Intervention" by Lev Isaevich Slavin), Elizabeth ("Mary Stuart" by Friedrich Schiller), Turusin ("Enough Stupidity in Every Wise Man" by Alexander Nikolaevich Ostrovsky), Kiryanov ("The Dawns Here Are Quiet ..." by Boris Lvovich Vasiliev), Olga ("Invasion" of Leonid Maximovich Leonov) and others.
In 1974-2001, she was an artist of the Voronezh Philharmonic Hall, where she performed cycles of literary programs on works by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin, Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov, Alexander Alexandrovich Blok, Sergey Aleksandrovich Yesenin and other poets.
