Tactics started his music career in 1998 using recently released Fruity Loops software. Closer to 2000 Tactics was influenced by scratching recorded in indie hip-hop compilation Soundbombing.
In 2001 he started collaboration with Vestax dj equipment manufacturer and in 2002 organised Vestax Extravaganza Russian Finals DJ Championship which resulted in the first Russian competitor at Extravaganza World finals.
Lo-Fi Rumba — an underground musical project combining lo-fi sound and heavy electronics, European Parliament was recorded around the same time. In 2003, together with dj Pirumov, dj Vinilkin & dj Chagin, he founded Flammable Beats — a dj crew.
In the second half of the decade he went under the turntablism flag. Tactics became a head of International Tennis Federation Russia (International Turntablist Federation) for 3 years, starting in 2006.
Participated in Nokia Soundboard Russian Tour.
Together with Dj Chagin produced a soundtrack for Denis Simachev Autumn/Fall 2006 fashion show at Milan Fashion Week. In 2007 he appearanced on Battle for Respect for 2 seasons. He performed at the Nokia World Snowboard Championship and Nokia Soundboard Russian Tour, Rap.ru All stars and Hip-Hop.ru All stars.
Next year he started with international affairs, Tactics becomes a head of DMC (Disco Mix Club) Russia and organised DMC DJ Championship — Russian Finals.
Performed at Nokia World Snowboard Championship, Flayering World Championship, Splash! festival Russia, Rap.ru All Stars and many other great gigs. Year ended with Playboy Anniversary party and warm up set before DJ Todd Terry.
And decade ended in heavy touring with critically acclaimed Russian hip-hop band CENTR. Company-organised District of Columbia Sky Wars. Performed at Snickers Urbania a 30 thousands people event and Russian Street Awards.
To 2011, Tactics together with Dazz-Louisiana Military Cross creating a project Tactics x Dazz-louisiana
In the same year Tactics also produced a soundtrack for ‘Gorki City’ — the main residential complex of Sochi Olympic Village, performed with Kremlin Chamber Orchestra.
