1897 imprisoned for almost a year for rcvol activities, after which he was kept under police surveillance. 1901 — 14 health officer in Kherson Province, Kiev, Yekaterinoslav Province, Genichesk, Tula, Simbirsk Province, then Serpukhov Uyezd. While in Genichesk studied properties of curative muds.
During World War 2 military hospital intern, Rumanian Front. Frequently arrested for political activities in period before October Revol. After 1917 October Revol member, Tavrida (Crimean) Oblast RSDRTfB) Committee and member, cd collegium, newspaper “Tavricheskaya pravda”.
1918 head, Syzran' City Health Department. Led partisan movement during occupation of Crimea by White Army. After establishment of Soviet rule in Crimea, deputy chairman, Crimean Council of People's Commissar and Commissar of Health and Social Security.
Then plenipotentiary for Crimean health resorts, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Health. Founder, Centr Board of Crimean Health Resorts. 1921-1923 held admin posts in Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Health.
1925-1930 worked at Svcrdlov Communist University. From 1933 associate, Polyclinic Sciences Section, Kremlin Therapy and Health Board. Associate, Lenin Museum, Moscow.
