From 1929 Communist Youth League work. 1934-1937 secretary, Korotoyak, then Mordva Rayon Communist Youth League Committee in Voronezh Oblast. Later worked for Central Committee, Kaz Communist Youth League.
1941-1952 secretary, Kustanay Oblast Committee, Communist Party Kazakhstan Secretary, Komi Oblast Party Committee. Then secretary, Oryol Oblast Communist Party of the Soviet Union Committee.
1955-1961 secretary, Alma-Ata Oblast Party Committee. Director, Party School, Central Committee, Communist Party Kazakhstan Secretary, Kuybyshev Oblast Communist Party of the Soviet Union Committee.
1961-1962 with Central Committee, Communist Party of the Soviet Union. 1962—September 1963 second secretary, Central Committee, Communist Party Georgia Deputy, Geo Supreme Soviet.
