1930-1934 at All-Union Electrotechn. Institute; 1932-1938 simultaneously instructor, Moscow Institute of Transport Engineers. 1936-1939 at Cinematography Research Institute.
Since 1939 at Institute of Automation and Telemech. Designs gas lighting tubes, television systems, commutation-type electron-beam tubes, etc.
