1948-1950 Head, Latin American Deputy, USSR Minister of Foreign Affairs. 1953-1954 Head, Protocol Deputy, USSR Minister of Foreign Affairs. 1954-1958 USSR Ambassador to Indonesia.

1954 attended Allied Foreign Ministry Conference, Berlin. 1956 attended Soviet- Indonesian talks during Indonesian President Sukarno’s Moscow visit. 1957 together with K. Ye.

Voroshilov took part in Soviet-Indonesian talks in Djakarta.
