ZHURAVLEV, Dmitriy was born in 1900.
Shchukin School of Drama, Moscow.
1927-1936 actor at Vakhtangov Theater, Moscow. 1936 gave up acting and now devotes himself solely to dramatic reading on radio and TV. His repertoire includes Chekhov's “Dama s sobachkoy” (The Lady With the Little Dog).
“Krasavitsy” (The Beauties) and “Dorn s mezoninom” (The House With the Attic). Turgenev’s “Zapiski okhotnika” (A Sportsman’s Sketches). Pushkin’s “Pikovaya dama” (Queen of Spades) and “Yegipetskie nochi” (Egyptian Nights).
