He worked in St. Petersburg, where he built several houses. He was a junior architect of the construction Department in the Voronezh gubernia government (1880-1884). Later he served in Minsk, Tobolsk, Orenburg, Petrozavodsk, Omsk.
After projects of Znobishyn were built and rebuilt about 50 churches in the cities and villages of Voronezh gubernia, including Feodosyevskaya Church in sloboda Buturlinovka, Bobrovsky uyezd (1882, not preserved), the Alexander Nevsky cemetery Church in sloboda Kalach, Bogucharsky uyezd (1887), Church of Alexander Nevsky in the village of Petrovka, Pavlovskyuyezd (1888), the Archangel Church in the village of Gazda, Pavlovsky uyezd (1889, not preserved), the Kazan Church in the village Verkhniy Mamon, Bogucharsky uyezd (1887 have not been preserved).
Several industrial buildings and public facilities built by Znobischyn in Voronezh, including steam mill of Matyushenko and K° Partnership (1911, not preserved).
