Career
He arrived in Buenos Aires from Cadiz city where had lived for many years, its main activity was trade. Domingo was the son of Carlos Nicolas Felix Belgrano Berio and Marina Gentile Peri Tiragalo. They were the parents of many children among them Manuel Belgrano (creator of the Argentina flag) and Joseph Gregorio Belgrano (military).
