Donald Andrew Aslett is an American entrepreneur, author and public speaker who specializes in cleaning and housekeeping products, services, and techniques.
Background
Aslett was born in Twin Falls, Idaho to Duane Aslett (1909-1983) and Opal Nora Ross (1915-2004). He was the second of five children (one sister, three brothers). His father was involved in building many of the roads in Southern Idaho until they decided to leave that life and choose farming.
Career
Aslett resides in Pocatello, Idaho. Varsity Contractors Incorporated. While studying at Idaho State College (now Idaho State University) in 1957, Aslett and Arlo Luke formed Varsity Contractors Incorporated.(now ), a janitorial service, to help pay his college tuition.
The Pocatello, Idaho-based company is now a full-service janitorial contractor with total revenues of $190 million.
Aslett has appeared on Quality, Value, Convenience, The Oprah Winfrey Show, and several other nationally-televised programs. Aslett has also served as a motivational speaker for several business and government-related entities.
