Career
He served as the head coach of the Anderson Ravens baseball team from 1972 to 2010. He recorded 1,110 wins and 588 loses. He led the Ravens to 13 conference titles, 12 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics District titles, 5 National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics World Series appearances (1984, ’87, ’93, ’98 and 2003) and the 1991 National Christian College Athletic Association National Championship.
He succeeded longtime Brooklyn Dodger great, Carl Erskine.
