Career
Don Grierson was drafted in the third round (23rd overall) of the 1968 National Hockey League Amateur Draft by the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (National Hockey League). Though he was drafted into the National Hockey League, he never played a game there. He spent most of his career in the minors and two seasons (1972-1973 and 1973-1974) in the World Hockey Association, playing for the Houston aeronautics
