This is the sequel to "Mastering Glazing Techniques in Watercolour" and offers advanced techniques in using the versatile method of watercolour glazing. This book, based on a question-and-answer format, functions like a manual as questions are organized around three basic subject areas - questions relating to materials including pigments and papers and their performane in the glazing technique, questions concerned with basic applications of the technique, and questions focusing on the special effects possible with glazing. All of these aspects are designed to assist the reader in developing their painting technique. Special efects such as sunlight, mist and reflections are covered in detail. The book is designed for beginner and intermediate level artists.
