Donald "Don" Jowett (4 December 1866 — 27 August 1908 (aged 41)) born in Bradford, was a rugby union football player of the 1880s and "90s, playing at representative level for England, and Yorkshire, and at club level for Heckmondwike, as a Forward, e.g. Front row, Lock, or Back row, he died in Heckmondwike. Prior to the 1896-1897 Northern Rugby Football Union season, Heckmondwike was a rugby union club
