This illustrated work is intended to aid medical practitioners in the use of the colposcope. It details the histologic, cytologic and colposcopic features of the lower female genital tract. Cancer and disorders of the cervix, the transformation zone, the vagina and vulva are also covered. Also included is information on other medical techniques such as cervicography and the use of salicyclic acid as an augmenter to colposcopic evaluation.
