Donald Choy Chang, American Biophysicist. Achievements include patents for electroporation method using RF field; first to visualize electric field-induced membrane pores; application of nuclear magnetic resonance for detection of cancer; research on the physicochemical basis of potential generation in nerve cells, which has lead to the modification of the Goldman-Hodgkin-Katz equation.
