Bleitz, Donald Louis was born on October 1, 1915 in Los Angeles, California, United States. Son of Louis Rollin and Violet Mae (Trout) Bleitz.


Owner, operator photographic manufacturing firms, pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, various technical laboratories and optical manufacturing concerns. Founder, president, Bleitz Wildlife Foundation, from 1952; Member faculty training program, Veterinary Medicine Commercial, Pet, and Wild Birds. Member of advisory board Reys Bird Observatory, San Francisco Bay Bird Observatory.
