Career
She was Deputy Mayor of the City of Kingston before defeating Jenny Lindell in the 2010 state election. Bauer obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and has worked as Corporate Communications Consultant for the City of Greater Dandenong. Bauer was defeated by Labor"s Sonya Kilkenny at the 2014 Victorian state election.
