I commenced this practice in 1991 as a Los Angeles-based defense litigation firm, with emphasis on police litigation, focus my practice upon tort defense. For the convenience of clients, I maintain offices in both Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
I am prepared to undertake the representation of governmental and private entities, officials, law enforcement officers and administrators in civil, criminal and administrative matters in both State and Federal Courts throughout California.
