Career
Dosatsu Ujiie later went into the service of Lord of Sendai as an acupuncturist. Was one of the greatest herbalists of his period. He laid out a botanical garden in which various herbs and flowers were planted. Dosatsu Ujiie also taught children the rudiments of medical botany.
