Insurance, Oil and Gas, State and Federal Taxation, Real Estate, Probate, Commercial, Corporate, Health Care, Banking, Administrative, Negligence and Workers Compensation Law. Admitted to the bar, 1970, Mississippi.

Instructor, Jackson School of Law, 1973-1975. Member: Hinds County and American Bar Associations. The Mississippi Bar; Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association.
On January 1, 1944, John C. Satterfield (Later, President of the American Bar Association) and Jack H. Ewing, fellow classmates at the University of Mississippi School of Law, formed the law firm of Satterfield and Ewing.
