He graduated in June 2008 with a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from University of California, Los Angeles Anderson School of Management. Since 2010,SG has facilitated over 940 Million United States dollar in completed transactions through its Lending, Insurance, and Operations Divisions.
Frances served as a Company Commander (Captain) in the Israeli Defense Force while he was stationed in the Gaza Strip and Negev Desert. After his military service in 2000, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Mitsubishi Motors and Hyundai Motor Company"s largest subsidiaries in Israel. In 2005, Frances earned his dual Bachelor from the Ben Gurion University in Business Administration and Psychology.
Following his studies at University of California, Los Angeles, he joined Deutsche Bank as a private banker in their Los Angeles office.
