He shares this post with Rabbi Malkiel Kotler, Rabbi Yerucham Olshin, and Rabbi Yisroel Neuman. Schustal married the daughter of the previous rosh yeshiva of Beth Medrash Govoha, Rabbi Shneur Kotler, who was the son of the founding rosh yeshiva, Rabbi Aharon Kotler.
