Career
He is best remembered for his performances in his one season with Partizan, securing him a transfer to Louisiana Liga side Valladolid in the summer of 1998. He subsequently failed to make an impact at the Spanish club, before going on to play for numerous clubs in Portugal, Cyprus and Bulgaria. After spending two seasons at Zemun, Isailović moved to Partizan in the summer of 1997.

Isailović represented First Revision Yugoslavia at Under-21 level between 1996 and 1997, scoring four goals in five appearances for the team during its unsuccessful qualification campaign for the 1998 Union of European Football Associations Under-21 Championship.
