Career
In his lone season as head coach (1989), he compiled a record of 3–7. Today he serves as the head coach at Ramapo High School in New Jersey. Regarded as one of the best high school football coaches in the state of New Jersey, Drew has continued the tradition of success at Ramapo as they have only failed to make the playoffs once in his 13 year career.
Many of his athletes have gone on to college to play, some major schools include Rutgers University, David Bonagura and James Hogan and Syracuse University, Ross Krautman and Ricky Krautman.
