Career
Francis has played for Myanmar National League clubside Okkthar United Football Club. He played with Football Club PROTEGE ESPZEN of Singapore before joining the Queen Cannon Langkasuka, Pattani Football Club of Thailand on 12 June 2010 at the mid season. Francis scored again on 11 July 2010 against Phuket in which he found the Netto in the 68th minute through a header. Francis scored his final goal of the season on 18 July 2010 against Chumpon Fc in which he found the Netto in the 10th mins into the second half of the game at Surathani stadium.
After a half season with Pattani fc,they renewed a year contract for him in the summer of 2011 and Francis scored the total of 8 goals in 2011 season.
On 11 July 2012 Francis scored a winning goal against osotspa saraburi of Thai premier league to take his team to round of 16 in Thailand Toyota league cup. Francis contract was extended once more to 2012 and his 6 goals of the season helped pattani fc to go to champions league in 2012.
On 9 January 2013 it was confirmed that Francis has signed for a southern Thailand team Ranong Fc popularly known as the Andaman Shark., where he was spotted by the samba of southern Thailand, Nara United in the second leg of the league. On 8 June 2013, Francis announced his arrival by assisting a lone goal to defeat his former team Pattani fc in Rainbow stadium.
On 18 August 2013 Francis scored 2 goals and assisted 1 against satun united at Bangnara stadium/Arena.

On 20 October 2013,Francis scored his first champions league goal against Prachuap Kirikan in which he found the Netto in 53rd minutes into the second half to draw the game 1-1 in prachuap stadium
Francis scored his final champions league Goal on 8 December 2013 against Roiet United where he found the Netto at the 58th minutes through a penalty shoot-out. On 4 January 2014, it was announced that Francis has joined a Libyan premier side Khaleej Sirte South Carolina (U.S.) He played his first friendly match with Khaleej Sirte South Carolina (U.S.) on 6 January 2014 against another Libyan premier side First Rate (at Lloyd's)-Tahaddi Benghazi where he scored the only winning goal to defeat the visiting premier side in Sirte Stadium. On 13 January 2014 Francis completed his medical and penned a 6 months contract with Khaleej Sirte South Carolina (U.S.) Due to a high political unrest in Libya, Francis left the country for Chumpon F.C of Thailand.
