Career
He played Junior "A" hockey for the Penticton Vees from 2005 to 2007. He finished his junior career with the Lethbridge Hurricanes in 2009-2010. Undrafted by any National Hockey League team, Donaghy turned pro with the Allen Americans of the CHL in 2010-2011.
Midway through the season, he was traded to the Thunder.
