Career
After retiring from football at the age of 27 because of a chronic knee injury he spent 9 years in the youth academy and as assistant to former manager Robert Jarni, before being named manager in 2014. In his debut season he led the Maroon-whites to a Cup triumf, ending a seven season silverware droubt. He is also assistant manager of the Bosnia and Herzegovina under-19 team
On 26 September 2014 Uščuplić was relieved of his duties as manager after a string of disappointing results, and returned to the club"s youth academy where he will complete the Union of European Football Associations Pro Licence program
On the 21 April Uščuplić was named manager of once again after the club management sacked Meho Kodro. Player Manager U-19.
