Nizhniy Tagil Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Committee deleg at 5th Russian Social-Democratic Workers’ Party Congress. December 1917-May 1918 member, Soviet Ukraine government. From October 1918 plenipotentiary, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic People's Commissariat of Food.
1919-1921 worked for Labor and Defense Council and Supreme Economic Council. Then various admin posts. 1927-1938 chairman, bd, Centr Bank of Communal Economy and Housing.
Arrested by State Security organs.
