Career
In the early 1960s Eddie Low played in showbands, and with the Quintikis toured with the annual Mission New Zealand contest. He also appeared in the film Don"t Let lieutenant Get You (1966) with the Quintikis, Howard Morrison, and Kiri Te Kanawa. He went on to record albums in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
"In 2003 Low toured New Zealand as the star of the Roy Orbison tribute show.
During the tour he received so many inquires as to when he would be releasing a new album that as soon as the tour concluded, he start work on lieutenant".
