In 1986, after the deaths of Messrs.
Williams and Martin and the addition of Edgar J. T. Perrow, the firm became Martin, Taylor & Perrow. From its inception the partnership has concentrated its practice on banking, corporate and commercial law, including bank representation, real estate law and representation of clients engaged in the timber, lumber and building materials industry.
