Taught geometry and algebra in private school, New York, winter 1885-1886. Opened an office as mechanic draftsman, 1886. Connected with patent law firm of Howson & Howson, first as draftsman and later as managing clerk, 1887-1897.
Admitted to New York bar, June 28, 1898, to the United States Circuit courts, July 1, 1901.
Practicing law and soliciting patents, since 1898. From 1901 chiefly occupied as expert in patent suits.
