HAYES, Edmund Francis was born in 1850. 3rd son of Sir Edmund Samuel Hayes, 3rd Baronet, and Emily, daughter of late Honourable Sir Hercules Pakenham, Knight Commander of the Bath, son of 2nd Baron Longford. Succeeded brother 1901.
