Career
Appointed to Board of Trade, Whitehall Gardens, 1873. Retired 1884; deacon, 1885. Priest, 1886; served curacies in Marylebone and Hackney.
Chaplain at Freiburg in Black Forest, 1891-1900. Travelled in Greece and Egypt, 1899. Acted as chaplain at Assouan, and at works of the Nile dam near that place, winter 1899-1900.
