Background
E. Yaroshevich was born in a family of employees. His father, Zigmunt Kazemirovich was a war veteran of World War II, he worked in the district executive committee in Krupki. His mother, Nadezhda, worked as a director rural library in Smilovishi after the war. E. Yaroshuvich lived in Smilovichi since 1946.
Education
He graduated from high school in 1954. In the same year he became seriously ill, and he could not study further because he could not move.
Career
E. Yaroshevich’s the first story printed in the newspaper "Red Banner" in 1956. In the same year he appeared in a sketch of the "A Hedgehog" and in the newspaper "Forward". He is the author of "Cherries of Osip Mikheevich", "Recognition",
"Day is distant and close", "The Practice in Verbichi", "Light of thy name", "White Meadows", "Live a day". Humorous pieces, stories of E. Yaroshevich are devoted to modern Belarusian village, and they are disclosed spiritual light of young people. His latest book is an autobiographical novel "Waiting for you, morning." The writer died in the prime of his creative powers.
