Trials and Appeals in Federal and State Courts and before Government Agencies. Admitted to the bar, 1994, Minnesota.
Registered to practice before United States.
Patent and Trademark Office. In 1996, KINNEY & LANGE, in cooperation with West Publishing Company, published two intellectual property law books
The first book is a 700 page hardbound treatise entitled Intellectual Property Law for Business Lawyers. The second work is a companion statute book entitled Federal Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations.
The attorneys of KINNEY & LANGE authored each of these publications.
These publications developed out of a free Intellectual Property Law seminar series KINNEY & LANGE presents annually in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa for business attorneys, corporate executives, and entrepreneurs.
