Head of the Department of Co-operative Societies in the National Bank of Agricultural Credit, 1926-1928. Director of economic statistics, 1928-1929. Commercial attaché of Mexico in Great Britain, 1929- 1931.
Head of the Consular Department of the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs, 1931-1932. Head of the Department of Printing and Publications of the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit, 1932. Member of the National Banking Commission, 1932-1933.
At present (1933) professor of economic theory in the Faculty of Law and Social Sciences of the University of Mexico, secretary of the Council of Administration of the National Mortgage Bank (Banco Nacional Hipotecario Urbano y de Obras Públicas), and secretary of the National Council of Economy.
