Career
Professor; Professor of physics, at times acting dean, school of science, University Nacional de Buenos Aires, 1923-1916. Director of paving, and adviser on road engineering, province of Buenos Aires, 1934. Director of national parks and tourism, 1939-1945.
Has constructed various bridges, rys. and buildings, among them office of the daily La Razón. Secretary, executive committee of Inter-American Federation of Automobile Clubs.
